Jim has 10 years’ experience with IQMS, originally as an Application Specialist consulting on system utilization, now directing solution-focused best-use practices and improvements for new and existing customers.  His previous 20 years’ experience was as a business analyst, consultant and project manager for continuous improvement in manufacturing and industrial systems. 

Steve Monroe, Product Manager, IQMS

Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Accounting and Finance, University of Wisconsin. Master’s in Business Administration, University of Wisconsin

For over 15 years at IQMS, Steve has worked with customers, partners and development teams to optimize system utilization and market influence.  He has been able to bring direct perspective to customer sales and implementation teams from his past experience in Finance and IT, and is currently bringing his product and market expertise to product management.
