Jordan Speer, Research Director, IDC Retail Insights

Jordan Speer is Research Director for IDC Retail Insights, responsible for covering the global retail supply chain, with emphasis on product sourcing, fulfillment, and sustainability. Ms. Speer’s core research examines how digital technology opens opportunities to better connect and optimize the execution of the end-to-end product lifecycle from the design and sourcing stages through order orchestration and fulfillment to the customer. Her research will cover product development and sourcing, demand forecasting, order orchestration and last-mile omni-channel fulfillment, returns and reverse logistics, and track and trace, with particular emphasis on how software applications and technology such as AI, RFID, IoT and robotics can enhance these processes to enable more sustainable products and enterprises. Ms. Speer works with retailers and technology providers to help all parties understand where industry is headed, and which best practices will align with their strategies to take them there.

Scott Ross, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, O’Reilly Automotive

Scott Ross, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, has been an O'Reilly Team Member since October 2023. Scott is responsible for all aspects of our information technology organization including Retail systems, Supply Chain Systems, Infrastructure, Data and Data Science, IT architecture, Application Development, Quality Assurance and Systems, and Data Security. Prior to O'Reilly, Scott worked for HBC/ Hudson’s Bay as Senior Vice President of IT Omnichannel Technology, Chief Information Officer, and President of Saks Cloud Services. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Lowe's Companies, Inc., most recently serving as their Senior Vice President of IT Omnichannel Technology. Scott has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer since 2023.

Justin Swagler, AWS Worldwide Head of Physical Retail, AWS Industries | Retail & CPG

Justin Swagler is worldwide head of Physical Retail at AWS, where he leads the global strategy and thought leadership for physical retailing. Justin has 15+ years of consumer-packaged goods, retail, and strategy experience spanning innovation strategy, retail operations, product development, and executive leadership. He is passionate about shepherding organizations to strategically innovate and reinvent consumer experiences. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Devadas Pattathil, Co-Founder & Head of Product, Nextuple

Devadas Pattathil is a Co-Founder and current Head of Product at Nextuple. He is a product management & technology leader with expertise spanning retail and omnichannel eCommerce, online grocery, and supply chain domains. Prior to Nextuple, Devadas spent 8 years at Walmart where he was responsible for leading Walmart's online grocery business from pilot to a multi-billion-dollar success, driving the digital customer experience through innovation in pickup, delivery, and mobile apps. Devadas was also a Co-Founder of Yantra and has also held positions at Sterling Commerce, Aankhen and Infosys Technologies.
