Jim Delnick, Director of North America Sales , Andea

Jim is the Director of North America Sales where he leads sales pursuits for DELMIA Apriso and Ortems software and services. His passion for manufacturing has turned into a successful career spanning decades in various senior sales roles across various industries, including automotive, industrial, medical device, and aerospace & defense. Jim’s extensive experience and natural openness enable him to effectively assist clients in defining and executing digital transformation initiatives, including defining the range of top-level financial metrics. He is also an advocate of the Gap Selling Methodology, which emphasizes a deep understanding of the client’s business challenges and potential benefits before proposing a solution. Before joining Andea, Jim worked for several MES providers and a leading industrial automation provider. He earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial technology/manufacturing engineering at Western Illinois University and has a Master of Administration from Central Michigan University. Outside of work, Jim is an avid pilot and holds a commercial pilots license for single and multi-engine aircraft.

Samuel Dominguez, MES consultant , Andea

Samuel is a software engineering professional specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) and manufacturing execution systems (MES). He’s currently a MES consultant at Andea, where he leverages his expertise to lead investigations into the use of AI, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of production processes for clients. His work focuses on combining AI, data science, and manufacturing technologies to help businesses enhance efficiency through innovative software solutions. With experience spanning both smaller companies and large enterprises, Samuel has worked with a variety of tools and systems. He holds an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification and possesses a strong technical skill set, including Java, Python, SQL database design, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Samuel is currently pursuing a master’s degree in information and data science at UC Berkeley. Before joining Andea, he gained hands-on experience through software and engineering internships at Amazon, Western Allied Corporation, and CaringWire.

Manuel Julien, VP - North American Operations, Andea

Manuel is the VP - North American Operations. He is responsible for managing the company’s key functions in North America, including operations management, team management, customer relations, services, and project delivery activities. He has over two decades of experience in creating innovative solutions for the manufacturing sector in various industries. Prior to joining Andea, Manuel had spent 2 years working for SpaceX and 14 years at Apriso, serving in various positions including business analyst, solution architect, project manager, product manager, and program manager. He earned his bachelor’s degree in information technology at Griffith University in Brisbane
