Brian Lakamp’s career spans strategy, business transformation, platform development, business and technology operations, and management. At Paramount Global, Brian led the transformation of multiple on-premises systems into a unified, cloud-based content supply chain. He also oversaw global operations, managing a team of over 800 people responsible for preparing, localizing, packaging, and delivering content from CBS, Showtime, Paramount, Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, and Paramount+ Originals to platforms including Paramount+, Pluto TV, Prime Video, Apple, Netflix, and hundreds of other distribution partners worldwide. Previously, Brian served as President of Digital at iHeartMedia, where he launched and scaled iHeartRadio, the industry-leading streaming music and digital radio service. He also spearheaded the company’s big data and programmatic initiatives to integrate and optimize distribution across all platforms. Earlier in his career, Brian developed and launched Movielink, one of the first Internet-based movie services. He has also advised multiple media and technology startups throughout his career. |
