Are you having audio issues on Elastic Solutions Platform?

If you are having audio issues on the Elastic Solutions Webcast Platform.
  1. Please make sure
    • Your speaker volume is not on mute
    • Speaker or headphone is connected properly
    • Please adjust the volume bar on the Media Player in webcast player
    If all of the above does not work please move on to Step 2 below.



  2. Please enter chrome://settings/content/sound link in the browser navigation bar



  3. Press Add button under Audio as shown below.


  4. Enter https://new.elasticwebcast.com:443 in the box and press Save


  5. Restart browser and click on the webcast link that you received in confirmation email or reminder email.

    • Please adjust the volume bar on the Media Player in webcast player
    If all of the above does not work please move on to Step 2 below.



  2. Please click on the blocked audio icon



  3. Please select Allow Audio and Video against AutoPlay option


  4. Restart browser and click on the webcast link that you received in confirmation email or reminder email.

  1. Please make sure
    • Your speaker volume is not on mute
    • Speaker or headphone is connected properly
    • Please adjust the volume bar on the Media Player in webcast player
    If all of the above does not work please move on to Step 2 below.

  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Settings for This Website.

  3. Hold the pointer to the right of Auto-Play, then click the pop-up menu and choose following option:
    • Allow All Auto-Play: Lets videos on this website play automatically.
  4. Restart browser and click on the webcast link that you received in confirmation email or reminder email.
